What does Farmer's Choice mean?

This refers to the design and color of the bouquet.  Unlike traditional florists we create a unique bouquet using what flowers, foliage, and colors, we have available to work with at the time. The flowers and colors dictate the shape of each bouquet. We do not work from recipes and we do not fly in foliage and flowers from "theyah."
